The integration enables Cin7 POS users to sync their CRM contacts directly to Senter for SMS and interaction management functionality.
Once connected, Cin7 users can send simple SMS marketing communications and account balance reminders.
Cin7 customers don't require any third party integrations.Simply create a new API key and activate the integration within Senter.
Once activated, Cin7 customers can import all their CRM contacts, split them into different lists for segmentation purposes and bulk send SMS communications or reminder notices.
All customer details and marketing subscriptions are saved within the Senter contact management system
The integration also enables Cin7 POS users to:
· send one-off SMS campaigns
· create and send reminder notices for account balances
· integrate with existing eCommerce platform and;
· report on analytics & sends.
